What started as a small cart near KR Market has grown into a beloved institution. For 20 years, she's been waking up at 4 AM to boil fresh milk, crush whole spices, and brew the perfect cup — just like her dadi taught her.
Today, Mithila Chai is where software engineers, autorickshaw drivers, and neighborhood aunties stand shoulder to shoulder, united by one thing: the best cup of chai in the city.
